Fabric Belt Systems
These low maintenance fabric belt systems are available for straight runs in dry environments. These fabric belt systems are also FDA and NSF approved for food grade applications. This system also features a special safety plate at the unload end of the belt to stop the belt instantly for operator safety when activated.
Features
- 2-ply belts are constructed of polyester layers with PVC facing and synthetic backing for reduced friction and more efficient operation.
- Pulleys are crowned to provide proper tracking of the belt in the center of the slider pan.
- Design allows the entire belt to be lifted up for easy cleaning.
- Slider pan is dimpled to provide an ‘air glide’ ride and eliminate excessive friction.
- Auto take up design ensures smooth, efficient belt operation.
