Mass Feed Conveyor Systems

When mass feeding is required – whether in a banquet facility, nursing home, convention center, or hotel – these systems are designed to keep the lines moving. You can order your system with integrated hot and cold food pans, on one or both sides of the conveyor.

These fabric belt systems are FDA and NSF approved for food grade applications, and this system also features a special safety plate at the unload end of the belt to stop the belt instantly for operator safety when activated.

Features
  • Design allows the entire belt to be lifted up for easy cleaning.
  • Slider pan is dimpled to provide an ‘air glide’ ride and eliminate excessive friction.
  • 2-ply belts are constructed of polyester layers with PVC facing and synthetic backing for reduced friction and more efficient operation.
  • Pulleys are crowned to provide proper tracking of the belt in the center of the slider pan.
  • Auto take up design ensures smooth, efficient belt operation.
  • Units are available with hot and cold integrated food pans – on one or both sides of the conveyor belt – with a pull-out, stainless steel crumb collector pan and stainless steel pylons on each end to provide easy access to the internal components.
