Soiled Dish Slat Belt Conveyor
Gates soiled dish conveyor systems are designed to be flexible enough to meet
just about any need – including run size, configuration, and volume demands.
These belt systems feature lightweight, tough, and easy-to-clean lexan slats,
which on a strength-to-weight ratio is actually stronger than steel. Plus, the belts can negotiate turns as tight as an 18” radius – for up to a full 360° – all with one
drive motor!
These systems are also available with our TAD (Tray Accumulator Device) option, a photo-eye energized circuit that advances the belt only when soiled trays are placed at the drop off area, providing space for additional trays as required – and also providing energy savings during off-peak times.

- Pressure wash system strips debris from the belt while simultaneously lubricating the entire system.
