The GatesGlide Waffle Belt Conveyor is custom fabricated to meet the needs of today’s environmentally conscious kitchen. The waffle belt allows your customer to run without trays and chemical lubrication by utilizing the GatesGlide System. This system with our PLC controllers, plug and go wiring, and improved wash system, gives your customer a conveyor that will withstand the test of time while being more conscious of your customers long term cost.

- GatesGlide System – Offers improved performance by reducing the coefficient of friction between the various conveyor components. The end result is, a smoother running, longer wear life, reduced operational noise levels & more energy efficient product.
- NO LUBE – The first soiled dish belt conveyor to be able to run without chemical lubrication, no more 5 gallon jugs of lube, no more conveyors running dry, no more lube pumps.
- 90 volt DC Motor – A Gates first – most conveyors can be run on a 120v/15 amp circuit*
